Boys Volleyball Season: February 16, 2026 – May 9, 2026
OPEN GYM OPPORTUNITIES: Friday, November 28th from Noon - 2:00 pm in the Fossil Ridge Main Gym. More dates will be scheduled soon. Open gyms are available to any 9th – 12th grade boy interested in checking out what we do. We work on some skills and then have fun playing some games. No experience necessary.
Students who attend Fossil Ridge, Timnath, or Wellington High Schools will play for the Fossil Ridge Boys Volleyball Team. Please contact Coach Switala ( bswitala@psdschools.org ) if you will be playing for the Fossil Team.
Students who attend Rocky Mountain, Ft. Collins, or Poudre High Schools will play for the Poudre Boys Volleyball Team. Please contact Coach Duran ( mduran@psdschools.org ) if you will be playing for the Poudre Team.

Registration for Spring Sports is NOT OPEN YET. Please follow these instructions when registration opens

Scroll down and click on High School Sports
Scroll down and click on the tab on the right side that reads “Register: Fossil Ridge Athletics Registration 2025-26” even if you do NOT ATTEND Fossil Ridge HS.
Complete the online registration and pay the PSD Athletics Registration fee ($205 which can be reduced if a Financial Hardship exists).
CHSAA has a new Physical Form for this year. It is 4 pages long. You fill out Pages 1 & 2. Your Doctor’s Office fills out most of Pages 3 & 4. If you had your Yearly Well-Check (physical) since May of 2025, then just take the CHSAA form to your doctor’s and ask them to fill out Pages 3 & 4. If you had a Yearly Well-check prior to May 2024, you would need a new one to be eligible for the season.
Once this is all complete, please see YOUR High School’s Athletics Secretary to receive your “Orange Eligibility Card” (Timnath’s are Yellow).
Give your Orange/Yellow Card to Coach Switala to be permitted to Tryout.
