About Me

Bio:

While this is only my 7th year at Fossil, it is my 23nd year teaching!  I taught for three years near Los Angeles, then a decade in Orange County, CA, before my family and I moved to Fort Collins in 2014.  I taught at Greeley West HS for 3 years, and I am now a Sabercat along with your kids!  My daughter goes to Preston and my son is a 10th grader.

I received my undergrad in English and my Master’s in Education from the University of Pittsburgh (Hail to Pitt!) in 2001, and then earned a Master’s in Literature from the University of California, Irvine in 2008.

Classes taught:

AP Computer Science A

AP Computer Science Principles

Computer Science Foundations

Front Range Community College - Intro to Literature

Front Range Community College - Literature and Film

I also serve as the Computer Science Honor Society and Coding Club advisor, as well as the National Honor Society advisor.
