News

Monday, May 18th, during 2nd hour, we will have yearbook distribution in the Media Center.

Students will need to BRING THEIR TICKETS WITH THEM when they come down to get their books. Tickets will be distributed on Wednesday and Thursday, May 13 and 14th during 2nd hour. If you do not have a second hour, or do not receive a ticket, you may pick it up in the East wing before yearbook distribution.

A FEW COMMON QUESTIONS

#1: I forgot/lost my ticket, OR I never got one.

What should I do?

Students who lost their ticket will be able to get their books at the end of 2nd hour on Monday. I will have a master list with me.

If they think they ordered a yearbook and did not get a ticket, they can check in the East Wing office.

#2: Can I still buy a yearbook?

We do have books still available. The website (yearbooks.jostens.com) will be open for a few more days. Books can be purchased while supplies last.  Students will bring down their receipt with them on Monday.

#3: How do I know if I ordered a yearbook?

They should have had a ticket delivered to them in 2nd hour on May 13 or 14th.

#4: I do not have a 2nd hour.  When can I get my book and/or ticket?

Tickets can be picked up in the East Wing for students without a 2nd hour. Yearbooks can be picked up any time during 2nd to the media center on Monday! OR they can come to room E110 before school, at lunch, or during passing periods for the rest of the week. (after the 19th)

#5: I am not going to be here on distribution day.  When can I get my book?

Passing periods, before school, or at lunch in room E110. They MUST pick up their books before the end of the day on 5/27/26. Because we are red zoned this summer, books cannot be picked up over the summer.

Parents and Guardians,
As we approach the winter sports season and prepare for upcoming field trips, including overnight trips, we want to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. If your child requires medication during these events, please be reminded that the Health Office needs the completed Medication Administration Form or the Self-Carry Medication Form for emergency medications.

This includes. any emergency medication for school/sports/field trips, daily medications for school/sports/field trips, or medications taken at home in the morning or evening if your student is attending an overnight trip.
To make sure we are fully prepared, please complete and return the forms for any medications your child may need while attending winter sports, field trips, or overnight events.

This includes:
•Emergency medications (e.g., EpiPens, inhalers)
•Daily medications
•Morning or evening medications taken at home

These forms must be submitted in advance of the scheduled events to ensure proper planning and delegation of medications, if necessary.

Please follow these steps:
1. Complete the Medication Administration Form for each medication your child needs.
2. Submit the completed forms to the Health Office.
3. Ensure all medications are in the original package with the pharmacy label attached as we cannot accept medications without the pharmacy label

If you have any questions or need assistance with the forms, please do not hesitate to contact the Health Office.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all students.
